Introduction
My name is Craig Charnock from UBuntu Bridge (please see www.learnxhosa.co.za). We sell Xhosa learning products and we facilitate Language and Culture trainings. I consider UBuntu Bridge a social enterprise because from the beginning the mission has been to facilitate healing, reconciliation and social harmony, which are part of the benefits of learning Xhosa and showing deep, tangible respect to Xhosa (or any previously oppressed and still disadvantaged) people. However we have always sought to structure ourselves as a company, so that we can develop self-reliance and sustainabaility.

My intentions are to create a concurrent NGO, which trains young Xhosa folks (and soon other languages) to teach their own language as a foreign language, including facilitation, teaching and entrepreneurial skills. At this stage in my business, I need interns or low salaried people in key positions, who can work themselves into higher paid, salaried positions based on performance and results.

Description of Needs:
UBuntu Bridge is in immediate need of an intern with any of the following experience/qualifications, in order of priority:
- business administration
- sales and operation management
- research, application processing, establishing an NGO
- HR/management
- graphic design/programming
- public relations and marketing
- Music publishing/Artist management

But really anyone with following traits would be most welcome to apply
as an intern:
Initiative, drive, passion, integrity, commitment, computer savvy, flexibility, impeccability, people skills.

- R30/hour, R3000 basic for the month, plus opportunity to grow with the company rapidly! 100 hours a month, Flexible hours.
