All this starts with the backyard vegetable garden. Resources to create the garden are sourced within the home environment and local community to enable true effective recycling and reduction in carbon energy utilisation.

We design gardens that will always give you a daily choice between salads, vegetables, herbs and fruits depending on Cape Town’s seasons. Always taking into account the lye of your land, wind, sun and water to achieve optimum sustainability with the least amount of energy used.

As the seasons change we teach you when best to harvest, how to maintain the edible garden with little effort and also share the taste of eating the freshest food available.
